Shipping and Returns
All orders are packaged up with the proper and discreet packaging materials.
Domestic Orders (United States)
Domestic orders within the continental United States are shipped via USPS, FEDEX Ground, or FEDEX Express. Depending on the method of shipping you choose, the shipping time is 1-10 business days depending on your geographic distance from Ventura County CA. Processing time is generally 1 to 2 days depending on the method of shipping you choose.(Excludes Saturday & Sundays). Flat rate shipping orders will be shipped via USPS Parcel, shipping time is usually 5-10 business days. Orders that qualify for free shipping may be shipped via USPS, UPS, or FEDEX. Which is 1-5 business days. Orders bound to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, and US Virgin Islands are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority.
Special handling requests can be made in the “customer comments” section during the checkout process.
International Orders (The Globe)
All international orders are shipped via USPS International. The shipping time is 5-14 business days depending on your geographic distance from Ventura County, California USA. The shipping cost will vary depending on the order weight, content, duties if any, and location. Due to variations in duties from country to country, we ask our international customers to e-mail us their orders to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will reply back to you with the shipping cost, total cost, payment method, and estimated time of delivery.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. You may return all unused items purchased at HookahJunkie.com within 30 days of the actual delivery date (the date you receive the item) for a 100% refund (less shipping costs). Due to certain liabilities and legal regulations, used items will not be returned or exchanged. We will replace or exchange defective or broken items free of charge within the limitations of the 7 days time period. For returns/exchanges other than broken or defective items, the customer maintains responsibility for the return shipping amount.
Any Broken or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of deliver. We are not responsible for any broken or missing items if not contacted within that period.
Please note that we now digitally record the packaging and preparation process for every order. We do this to prevent abuse by a very few customers and in the process keep our cost down and pass it back to our customers.
