Return Policy

At HookahJunkie.com, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist you with a return under the following conditions.

Return Eligibility

Unused items purchased from HookahJunkie.com may be returned within 30 days of the original delivery date.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unused
• Items must be in their original packaging
• Items must be in resalable condition

Any free promotional items included with your order must also be returned. If promotional items are not included in the return, their full retail value will be deducted from the refund.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• All tobacco products
• Used items
• International tobacco orders
• Orders returned by customs from other countries

Customers are responsible for understanding and complying with their local laws and import regulations before placing international orders.

Refunds

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please note:

• Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
• All approved returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Return Authorization Process

Before sending any item back, you must first obtain a Return Authorization (RA).

To request a return, please contact us with the following information:

• Order number
• Product name(s)
• Reason for return
• Your contact information

Our customer support team will respond within 24–48 business hours with return instructions.

Please note:

• Returns sent without a Return Authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

Any broken, damaged, or missing items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Claims reported after this period unfortunately cannot be accepted.
