The Kaloud Krysalis Eltheria Black is a dual-chamber hookah with carbon filtration and a horizontal purge. Three engineering decisions that change how a long session feels, rather than how the hookah looks.
The vessel runs two chambers instead of one. Air enters the first, settles, then passes through the second before it reaches the hose. That extra stage is why the draw feels slow and heavy rather than sharp.
Carbon filtration sits in the path and takes the edge off the harsher notes without muting flavor. It removes the part of the smoke that makes your throat close on hour two.
The horizontal purge
Most hookahs purge down through the base, which drops pressure and disturbs the coals. The Eltheria purges horizontally instead, so you clear the chamber without unsettling the bowl.

Why not glass
The vessel is ultra-clear BPA-free polymer rather than glass. It reads the same and it survives being knocked, moved and washed weekly. On a hookah with this much engineering in it, a shattered vessel is an expensive way to learn that lesson.

Care and cleaning
Warm water and a bottle brush. Empty the base after every session. Replace carbon filtration when sessions stop feeling as clean.
